**Position**: Systems & AI Manager

**Location**: Morelia

**Position Objective**:
Lead the company’s technology and artificial intelligence strategy, ensuring the efficient operation of information systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical support. Implement innovative AI and data analysis solutions, manage end-to-end ERP projects, and optimize business processes through technology, supporting strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the IT, infrastructure, technical support, cybersecurity, and data analysis teams.
- Implement and oversee end-to-end ERP projects, ensuring proper integration of modules such as accounting, HR, production, quality, purchasing, maintenance, inventory, and CDS.
- Develop and deploy AI-based solutions and advanced data analytics.
- Manage and control IT budgets and technology projects.
- Provide support and assistance to users, ensuring operational continuity of systems.
- Design and analyze strategic reports using tools such as Power BI, Dash, and advanced Excel.
- Ensure compliance with information security and cybersecurity policies.
- Evaluate and propose technological improvements to optimize processes and enhance business efficiency.
- Maintain clear communication with senior management to present results, projects, and technology recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Over 15 years of experience in IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technical support, and data analysis.
- ** Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing industry.**:

- Practical experience in artificial intelligence and data analytics.
- Proven experience leading full ERP implementations.
- Deep knowledge of ERP modules: accounting, HR, production, quality, purchasing, maintenance, CDS, and inventory.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Dash.
- Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience managing and controlling budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary team management skills.
