**Human Resources Manager - Global Logistics Industry**

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic **Human Resources Manager** to join our team in the logistics sector with global operations. This role will be responsible for leading the HR function across multiple locations, supporting business objectives through effective talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with global business goals.
- Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Manage labor relations, union negotiations (if applicable), and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company policies and market competitiveness.
- Support global HR projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams internationally.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the **logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing sector**.
- Experience working in **global environments** and managing **multi-site operations**.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
