**You Are**:
UST is searching for a Production Support Lead who will handle support related issues by leading and guiding the team to manage the support issue resolution within defined timelines.

**The Opportunity**:

- Financial systems infrastructure and production support.
- Infrastructure support and monitoring for Hyperion on-premises HFM (Windows), Essbase (Linux), WallStreet Suite, Finastra.
- Infrastructure support and monitoring for Oracle EPM Cloud tasks/jobs and automations
- Collaborate to develop enhancements and improvements to finance systems to support business needs. Create and maintain documentation for compliance, technical, and standard operating procedures.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

**What you need**:

- Application admin experience with Linux and Windows servers.
- Knowledge of SQL and batch processing.
- Ability to understand Python is a plus.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new business processes, technologies and changing business requirements.
