Tasks
Ensure compliance with customer requirements such as IATF, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Failure Analysis reports, etc. Participates in maintaining good customer relationship exercising effective communication. To coordinate all activities before and after SOP related to customer requirements ensuring customer satisfaction and green scorecard (quality/logistics) within plant level. Drive escalation to BU, R&D or other central function (if needed).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor in Engineering (e.g. Engineering Electronic, Mechanic) or similar
- At least 2 years in Automotive Industry in plant (i.e. IE, Process Engineering, QMPP, Test Engineer,... )
- Experience leading improvement project teams or improvement actions or action with the customer complaints. Experience launching new product
- English Advance
