Not just numbers. As an Operations Analyst, identify trends, interpret data and make innovative recommendations to support the success of our Monterrey operations.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Evaluate branch-wide operations and provide root cause analysis.
- Review reports to identify operational issues across departments.
- Gather data using SQL and interpret results within Microsoft Office tools.
- Effectively communicate results to business leaders by developing memos and presentations.
- Make data-informed recommendations to improve performance and manage process improvement projects.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.**
- 3+ years in an analyst role.
- Strong Excel and Access experience.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data extraction and analysis.
- Power BI experience is **a plus.**
