A completed bachelor's degree. - 5+ years of previous Human Resources Business Partner experience. - 5+ years of experience in working in an operations environment/associates. - 5+ years of experience in payroll processes. - 5+ years managing Employee/Labor Relations. - 5+ years’ experience in Talent Management. - English and Spanish level Advanced
- A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Master’s Degree or MBA in HR.
- Experience within Logistics and Distribution or Manufacture Industry.
- 3+ years of experience working with unions.
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment.
