You will partner with the relevant leaders to understand business drivers and the current and long-term strategy, and to identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business. In this role you will translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with the Centers of Expertise and global business services.**This position reports to**:Location HR Business Partner**Your responsibilities**:- Implementing strategy and plans related to organization restructuring, optimal utilization, redeployment and best allocation of people resources.- Driving high performance in electrification area, in line with global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets.- Representing HR in the wider business, establishing strong relationships with leaders by providing assistance and guidance in HR matters.- Ensuring that people and organizational capabilities required in the medium to long term are clear and acted on.- Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies.- Support manager and HRBP to implement and follow up performance management activities on the site, including poor performance improvement, PDA discussion, training need identification, termination, and etc.- Interpreting HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues, and utilizing findings to specify and carry the relevant actions.- Partner with business leaders to understand and identify learning requirements for both individuals and critical populations at a local level.**Your background**:- 5 years of experience in human resources, working as human resources generalist, HRBP or similar positions.- Proficient IT skills including Excel, Word, power point, payroll, OHR and Outlook.- Proficient IT skills Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.- The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams.- Effective interpersonal skills; proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field related to Human resources.- Communications skills in English language, both written and verbal (Bilingual English- Spanish).**More about us**:
