**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
As an Operations Lead, you’ll play a key role in our organization by being responsible for defining quality standards for deliverables, maintaining process adherence, and optimizing team performance.

You’ll report directly to the center´s managing director, ICC Mexico Head, and together with a group of Initiative Leads such as Scrum Masters or Delivery Managers should work to ensure all teams are following common processes, best practices and standards, as well as providing insights from our initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Report directly to Head of ICC and collaborates with global BU / IT organizations to ensure that products / platforms are successfully delivered to businesses.
- Assist in compliance, processes, statutory filings and integrating operations reports.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional organizations including squads / chapters composed of multiple projects / work streams in the successful delivery of high-impact digital-tech and data initiatives.
- Monitor and report out the deliverables quality KPIs across Pods/Squads.
- Responsible for utilization of the center and technological deliveries of platforms and products to business units
- Drives an internal process towards creating optimal processes, standards and infrastructure for the center.
- Influence and manage an optimization plan for supplier use for IT domains on an operational, tactical and strategic level. Draft and operationalize KPI’s for suppliers to different levels of support to match optimal partnership with ICC

**Process Adherence**:

- ** Monitor and maintain best practices**: Ensure that our established processes and guidelines are followed consistently across all teams (e.g., SDLC, SLAs are met, quality criteria, etc.).
- ** Identify process gaps**: Continuously assess existing workflows and identify areas for improvement as well as identifying root causes for issues for risk mitigation.
- ** Implement process, tools, and resources enhancements**: Drive process improvements for all value streams and support processes. Partner with site leadership (e. g. Mex ICC Head, GCL, Delivery, Quality, etc.) and partners develop impactful, capable teams and tools that achieve sustained performance improvement.

**Quality Management**:

- ** Quality Benchmarks**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear quality benchmarks for deliverables.
- ** Quality Guidelines**: Develop and document quality assurance processes and guidelines.
- ** Deliverable Quality**:Ensure that all solutions, products, and deliverables meet high-quality standards to prevent issues and meet the expectations of our stakeholders.
- ** Quality Control**:Implement quality control processes to catch and rectify any deviations.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting quality awareness.

**Metrics**:

- ** Process Metrics**: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each pod (team) in partnership with the GCL to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of specific processes, such as: Downtime, Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate, to name a few.
- ** Quality Metrics**: Define and track quality metrics to assess the performance, effectiveness, and overall quality of the service and initiatives we deliver, such as: Defect Rate, First Time Pass Rate, Fail and Pass Rate, Code Coverage, escaped defects found, Defect Distribution, etcetera.
- ** Compliance Metrics**: Measure adherence of our initiatives to regulations, standards, and guidelines (e.g. % Adherence to SDLC, # of Security Vulnerabilities, Adherence to Security Guidelines).
- Manage process improvement efforts, using quality methodologies and principles.
- Analyze designated performance measures and reports to verify that work is consistently and effectively performed according to established procedures and guidelines.

**Alignment with Global Chapters**:

- ** Collaboration**: Liaise with representatives from 12 different global chapters within the organization.
- ** Alignment Strategies**: Develop strategies to align chapter-specific goals with overall organizational objectives.
- ** Communication Bridge**: Serve as a communication bridge between chapters
