En **Voni**, nos especializamos en brindar servicios a la comunidad latina en Estados Unidos, y estamos buscando **Customer Service Representatives** con un nível de **inglés conversacional Avanzado (Deseable)** que deseen crecer en un entorno dinámico y multicultural.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Brindar atención y soporte a nuestros clientes en EE.UU. a través de llamadas, correos electrónicos o chat.
- Resolver dudas, brindar información precisa sobre nuestros servicios y asegurar una experiência satisfactoria para el cliente.
- Registrar de manera clara y oportuna la información de cada interacción.
- Canalizar correctamente los casos que requieran atención especializada a otros departamentos.
- Mantener una comunicación profesional y empática en todo momento.

**Requisitos**:

- **Inglés conversacional avanzado (Deseable).**:

- Experiência previa en atención al cliente, call center o ventas (deseable).
- Computadora propia con cámara y micrófono, y conexión a internet estable (deseable).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español.
- Organización, responsabilidad y buena actitud para trabajo remoto.
- Disponibilidad para laborar tiempo completo.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 al mes
