Operations Coordinator Hotel Boutique Holbox

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator, our client is a luxury hotel located in Holbox.
Main Functions:
- Implements and supervise the compliance of the processes, standards, procedures and checklists
- Management of guest satisfaction through daily monitoring and communication and follow up with the resolutions of complaints
- Analysis of the information resulting from conversations with the guest and/or client
- Communication at check in and check out with guests.
- Work together with the room division leaders (Front desk, Housekeeper and maintenance)
- Elaborate the monthly inventories of each area, delivering it to the administration and ensuring the good condition of the warehouses and storage of resources
- Proposes actions to improve the hotel and its services according to the detected needs
- Manages the operational training and determines the monthly training actions jointly with the heads of each area
Desire Profile:
- Tourism professional with 3 years of experience in room division (front desk, housekeeping and maintenance)
- Experience working with luxury hotels standards and procedures
- Advance English and Spanish
- Personality focus on service and guest satisfaction and is a plus if you practice mindfulness, meditation, yoga, etc.
**Salary**: $20,000.00 per month
