**Procurement & Logistics Analyst**:

In this role you will provide assistance to the wider business by ensuring that all purchasing activities align with corporate policies and procedures and by providing relevant market information.

**This position reports to**:
Procurement & Logistics Team Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
- Oversees supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues.
- Initiates Purchase Orders (PO) in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors, and tracks supplier performance to PO requirements.
- Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on ERP or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price.
- Ensures the SAP Ariba platform is updated as defined in the procedure.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in direct or indirect purchasing.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Intermediate Excel).
- Experience in SAP is a plus.
- Curiosity, Care (information), courage (taking action and assuming responsibility), Collaboration, proactivity.
- Advanced level of English.
