Part of the Finance team, you are the driving force behind keeping the business running smoothly. You play a crucial role in balancing the financial health of our organization with strategic decision-making and long-term planning. From managing expenses to budgeting and forecasting, you help ensure financial targets and objectives are met. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

**Responsabilidades**:
Responsible to coordinate the financial results of the Monterrey Plant

1. Generate the financial reports.

2. AOP control

3. Fixed asset control and CapEx follow up

4. Invest projects validation

5. AP Responsible

6. AOP OE

7. Mfg variance analysis

8. Annual Inventory coordinator

9. Inventory reconciliation.

10. Monthly fcst estimation

11. give training to his team.

12. Annual std cost roll up

13. Internal control report

15. Self-motivated and directed to accomplish goals

16. Follow up all the EHS rules, stop any risk job, do not use machinery, at least identify one risk at month, go to weekly safety meetings, be part of the 5 minutes break, go to medical checkup, go to EHS programmed training.

Requisitios:
BS Finance/Accounting or equivalent with a proven experience in multiple accounting positions with 7 or more experienced years desirable.
- Working knowledge of Finance, Cost Accounting, budgeting, cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, explanations and projections.
- Ability to multi-task and motivate others to produce quality results within a fast paced environment
- Computer oriented - SAP and related Finance system experience desirable.
- English language skills for written, speaking and listening. 30% at less.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to deal with people (our customers for Financial Information)
