At **Uplift Talent**, we are looking for a skilled **Controller** to join our team.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Advanced English (Finance).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing accounting for business units in the U.S. (California, Texas, and South Carolina).
- Strong knowledge of **US GAAP and IFRS**.
- Financial reporting and management expertise.
- Advanced **Excel** skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, costs, inventories, and revenue recognition.
- Lead budgeting and financial forecasting, reporting deviations.
- Prepare and publish monthly financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on reports and special projects.
- Manage and develop a high-performing accounting/finance team.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
