**Job based in Meoqui Plant, Meoqui, Chihuahua. MTO Division**

As **_Manufacturing Manager_**_,_ you will be responsible for Production performance & continuous improvement, focus on customer satisfaction as well as safety, work environment and comply with the standards of quality and costs previously determined.

**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
- Manage production areas to achieve plant objectives such as: Efficiency, productivity, zero rejects, delivery on time, 5s, customer satisfaction, SCRAP, safety, down time, deliveries, overtime
- Active participation to support and improve financial results at the plant
- Continuous improvement projects, savings generation
- Implementation and monitoring of best manufacturing practices
- Administration of the material and human resources of the department

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics or related
- 4+ years as manufacturing manager in the automotive industry, desirable experience in cutting and sewing automotive industry.
- Core Quality Tools, IATF 16949, Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
- Intermediate English Level
