They work with a variety of different teams, including designers, engineers, and production workers, to ensure that each product meets quality standards and is delivered on time.This position also will manage the different manufacturing engineering activities that the project requires for proper and timely execution**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**- B.S in Industrial/Production/Mechanical or any engineering related field and 6 to 8 years of experience- PMP certification desired**SKILS & KNOWLEGE**- Strong Engineering skills and deep product knowledge- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a large range of people including Operations leaders, production team members, and all departments within the company- Leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong understanding of Lean conceptsPuesto: Gerente**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
