**SUMMARY**:
Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day setup, management, and troubleshooting of the various offers in our performance marketing networks.

This is a role that requires a analytical and quick mind, great teamwork abilities, professional manner with clients, and a keen sense of organization and workflow.

**THIS POSITION QUALIFIES FOR REMOTE WORK**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Setting up clients, offers, and marketing campaigns in our various systems and platforms
- Communicating technical and performance requirements to our various teams and clients
- Working and coordinating with our global sales, media buying, FE Dev. and analytics teams
- Acting as a primary point of contact with ad operations issues, including campaign setups, troubleshooting traffic sources such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Outbrain, Criteo and more
- Ensure campaigns and traffic tags track properly based on corresponding platforms
- Assisting with copy, image or URL changes for our various websites
- Collect, compile, and review data, generate reports and perform comparison checks
- Stay up-to-date with latest features of systems and platforms
- Work with various 3rd-party Shopping Carts, CRMS such as: Cake / HasOffers / Everflow / Shopify / BigCommerce
- Improving Operations team processes through custom Python scripts and automation tools like Zapier

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Marketing, sales, and/or customer service experience, or related education
- You are performance-driven
- Enjoy a high-growth environment
- Able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Proven analytic, creative and problem solving skills,
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity of CRMS, Shopping carts or content management systems
- Strong aptitude with Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets
- Knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with Python and Web APIs is a plus
