**The Role**

We’re seeking a **Marketing Manager specialized in Demand Generation** to design and execute strategies that consistently deliver high-quality leads for our sales team and founders. This role combines creativity, data-driven decision-making, and deep expertise in B2B marketing to build and optimize the growth funnel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and manage a strategic content calendar (posts, newsletters, lead magnets, nurture campaigns).
- Develop and monitor paid ad campaigns, ensuring efficiency and positive ROI.
- Analyze funnel metrics and optimize performance at each stage.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and propose innovative demand generation tactics.

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation (consulting, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
- Demonstrated success building predictable pipelines and scaling lead acquisition.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative and strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is highly desirable.
