We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Specialist; This position will be key for efficient execution of our operation, optimizing and improving the performance of each digital advertising medium to maximize the performance of our campaigns and conversions.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Set up, optimize, and continuously management of PPC and digital advertising campaigns.
- Audience and keyword research, digital campaign setup, segmentation and goal tracking, A/B testing, budget management, conversion, and KPI optimization.
- Dashboard setups, campaign data analysis, and monthly reports on KPIs with monthly recommendations and strategies.
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring SEO strategies using keyword analysis and technical audits.
- Active collaboration with other Marketing teams to align digital advertising initiatives with other campaigns.
- Keeping updated knowledge on trends in advertising and digital analysis.
- Acquisition and maintenance of technical certifications related to the area.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Minimum 4 years experience in similar roles focusing on Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, and related platforms.
- Knowledge of app tracking platforms Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
- Experience in tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Motivated person, with strategic and creative vision in digital advertising solutions.
- Experience in the gaming industry (optional). - Interest or experience in sports (bonus).
