**Position: Customer Experience Associate**
**Location**:Remote (MST Timezone)

**Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MST)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join our team remotely. This role involves providing timely and courteous assistance to our valued customers and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Route calls to the correct individual or department within the organization.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that all support matters are resolved within 24 hours.
- Assist customers in filling out support forms and provide guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with OpenPhone or similar phone systems (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
