**Vacante para la empresa Green Concept en Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México**:Empresa internacional especializada en mejorar la Experiência del Cliente (CX) solicita:**MANAGER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE****Requisitos**:Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Economía, Actuario/ao Ingeniería.Idealmente con Maestría en Marketing y/o MBA.Excelente habilidades de escritura y presentación en públicoDominio de inglés.Gran capacidad de análisis y de aportar soluciones**Dominio de metodologías de customer journey mapping, customer persona, planes de mejora CX, Planes estratégicos CX y herramientas cualitativas y cuantitativas de análisis****Responsabilidades**:Liderar proyectos asignadosPlanificar y organizar la actividad del equipo de consultores a su cargo con el objeto de asegurar el alineamiento de las personas con la estrategia de la compañíaLograr una ejecución de calidad de los proyectos, que estos cumplan los objetivos que buscan nuestros clientesSupervisar los resultados, plazos, su evolución mensual, revisar las estimaciones del Plan e informar sobre el nível de cumplimiento.**Ofrecemos**:Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 9:00 a 6:00 y Viernes de 9:00 a 3:00 SaSueldo: $40,000 a $50,000 brutos (PL)Zona: Santa Fe**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Marketing / RRPP / Comunicación**Industria**:Marketing**Habilidades**:- Enfoque a resultados- Proactivo- Creativo
