1. Process monitoring: Responsible for closed-loop monitoring (FM, LM, return), timely detection of abnormal conditions and delays in transportation, promotion and monitoring of supplier improvement; 2. Quality improvement: set up a monthly/Weekly/Daily logistics quality monitoring system, close-loop overdue packages in time, and complete the follow-up of lost parts and overtime claims; 3. Billing exception optimization: verify the billing exception, analyze the cause of the exception and solve the billing exception problem. Drive claims resolution process improvements with operators, monitor refund process to reduce losses. 4. data monitoring and optimization: the establishment of cost-effective monitoring reports, timely detection of cost and timeliness anomalies, and coordination with suppliers for cost optimization; 5. Team building: Responsible for building a team, undertaking optimization requirements and dismantling goals, and promoting business optimization and achievement of results.
**Position Requirement**
1. At least 3 years logistics management experience, e-commerce business logistics related experience is better 2. Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, logistics engineering and business administration are preferred; 3. familiar with e-commerce logistics, cross-border logistics operation basic process; 4. data sensitivity, with continuous optimization and innovation ability, strong internal and external communication, co-ordination and promotion ability; 5. Fluent English is preferred.
