Responsible for the logistics solutions of SMT in Mexico market, can accurately obtain the specific needs of the industry and country side, and quickly evaluate the reasonableness of the needs. 2. Rapidly deliver targeted industry logistics solutions in response to reasonable demand, especially overseas warehouses, distribution, landing distribution, etc. assessment, access and operation. 3. Coordinate with Cainiao and local 3PL partners or market solutions according to the business stage settings, promote the implementation of the program and on-line operation, to improve the time and cost of local fulfillment in Mexico. 4. Result-oriented, promote and follow up the product/development of the project to land on time and deliver on time. 5. Monitor the actual performance of the solution after go-live and continuously optimize the solution.**Position Requirement**- 1. Bachelor degree or above, over 3 years of experience in logistics solutions, familiar with the specific operation details of international logistics 2. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, preferably in Spanish. 3. Excellent logical and analytical skills and organizational skills, able to write and communicate with customers on solutions and presentation results. 4.
