The **Internal Communications Intern**is responsible for the design, distribution, and management of internal communications to strengthen the culture and keep employees informed. He/She will support in various administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Internal Communication design - Developing, Planning and executing various types of internal communications to foster employee engagement and a continued transparent culture.
- Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to the HR team, handling daily tasks and contributing to long-term projects.
- Documentation maintenance - Update and maintenance of local HR documentation (Internal regulations, policies, procedures, employee files)
- Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Definition of media and design tools to carry out the different projects and assignment

Mandatory requirements:

- Active student with at least one year remaining to complete their degree.
- Education: Business, Psychology, Human resources or any creative degree (Communications, Advertising)
- Advanced English (desirable)
- Canva, Photoshop
- Efficient time management and sense of urgency
- Capable to translate ideas into actions

- Creative and proactive
- Ability to handle various responsibilities at the same time
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
