**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Under the direction of Global VP of VOS, this individual contributor will:

- Serve as individual contributor to global VOS projects execution.
- Provide coaching and training to team members on continuous improvement principles and tools.
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.Prepare and present reports on the progress and impact of continuous improvement initiatives to senior management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 3-5 years’ experience
- Six Sigma / Lean certifications / PMP or any other Project Management certification, preferred.Smartsheet / Power BI experience

**Required Experience**
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in process improvement or organizational development projects.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentation software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conveying complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to create and manage comprehensive documentation systems.
- Demonstrated project management skills, planning, executing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
- Experience leading change management initiatives, guiding teams through transitions.
- Proven leadership skills, motivating and guiding cross-functional teams toward common goals.Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

**PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**
- The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
- The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
- Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
