2°/ If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (individual one). The recruiter you will meet with will be getting to know you better, understand who you are and what are your professional aspirations.
3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP and the Hiring Manager
**A Day In The Life**:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll report to the Human Resources Business Partner and be part of a dynamic team of 5. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function within the Consumer Products Division, ensuring that HR strategies align with business goals. This is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and initiatives will be valued.
**Here’s what you’ll be working on**:
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Talent Development: Support training and development initiatives to help employees grow and thrive.
- Change Management: Assist in driving organizational changes and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with sales leaders to align HR strategies with business needs.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws.
**Who You Are**:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Are fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excel in Business Acumen, Employee Relations, Talent Development, Change Management, and Stakeholder Management.
