**The Role**

**What You'll Do**
- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing system configurations, workflows, and security settings.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Automate processes using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and other declarative tools.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system access to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement system improvements.

**Requirements**:
**What You'll Need**
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures, automation tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with system integrations and third-party tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
