At Ottimate (formerly Plate IQ), we value: Growth, Customer Focus, Innovation, Accountability, and Communication.**The Role****What You'll Do**- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing system configurations, workflows, and security settings.- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.- Automate processes using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and other declarative tools.- Manage user roles, permissions, and system access to ensure compliance and efficiency.- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement system improvements.**What You'll Need**- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or other relevant certifications preferred.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures, automation tools, and reporting capabilities.- Experience with system integrations and third-party tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.**What We Value**At Ottimate (formerly Plate IQ), we value a growth mindset and seek high-performing, creative individuals who dig into problems and see the opportunities for success.We value those who believe improvement is always possible.
