Customer Experience Legal Agent

We’re looking for someone sharp, bilingual, and people-oriented to support our U.S. legal team. You’ll help manage client interactions, organize key documents, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the bridge between clients and U.S. attorneys
- Answer calls, coordinate appointments, and follow up on cases
- Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents
- Keep clients informed with empathy and accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
- English & Spanish fluency (C1+ level)
- Living in Guadalajara or nearby
- High school diploma or university studies (complete or not)
- 6+ months in customer service or admin
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
What You’ll Get:
- Monthly salary: $13,000-$16,000 MXN (net)
- IMSS, paid vacation & Christmas bonus
- Fixed Monday-Friday schedule (occasional Saturdays)

- $5,000 referral bonus + performance incentives
