We are currently seeking a Production Support position to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

**(Mid-level or Senior) Production Support position**

Is responsible for joining an Application Operations team and contributing to the support of overall product line.

Experience supporting:

- Windows Operating Systems
- ETL (SSIS, Informatica IICS)

**Skills**:

- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Determining root cause analysis of system issues, identify, and implement mitigations.
- Triaging, troubleshooting and resolving data ingestion cases through code review or debugging.
- Solid understanding of Data Engineering environments, concepts, and principles
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft development stack

General job duties:

- Supporting the successful transmission of data files
- Coordinating with other departments for resolving incident tickets.
- Maintaining concise case documentation.
- Must be able to support “On-Call Schedule”
- Function in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework and governance processes
