**Job Summary**:
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Analyst are to ensure our company attracts and hires the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

**Your main responsibilities would be**:
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and cultural fit for our company.- Provide timely and accurate feedback and reports to Hiring Managers.

**Preferred Profile**:

- BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or related field.
- + 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Experience in the full life cycle recruitment process within the IT industry is a must.
- Experience conducting interviews under STAR methodology is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work under high pressure.
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a handson, high volume, fast-paced environment
