Therefore, we need talented and innovative people who are passionate about what they do.PepsiCo Mexico currently has a broad portfolio of food and beverage products, such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Quaker, Pepsi, Obela and Sonrics, leading brands in the snacks, cereals, soft drinks, isotonic and cookies markets respectively.Now we are looking for this position:**Talent Acquisition Analyst****Main Purpose**Responsible for executing the end to end recruitment process for PepsiCo professional positions aligned with the local requirements in order to fulfill the business talent needs.**Temporary role for 5 months****Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- Open requisition in PepsiCo’s system.- Create job posting internally and externally based on the job description- First interview call- Schedule interviews with the hiring manager and the internal stakeholders involved in the process.Produce the offer letter (based on appropriate template)- Re hire process - screening process (Clear the ex employees. Understand the reason why they left the company)- Understand and keep tracking of the Local recruitment KPI’s.- Work alongside the local team in order to identify process gaps who will let him/her create and execute different call to actions willing to evolve the process.- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Qualifications / Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)- Fluent English (Written & Verbal skills)- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in HR or Talent Acquisition as an Intern, scolarship projects, etc.- Solid verbal and written communication skills- Effective time-management abilities- Curiosity for learning.*Temporary Role for 5 months***Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo****Relocation Eligible**: No Aplicable (N/A)**Job Type**: Pipeline
