**Objetivo del puesto**:
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de prospección y ventas outbound para captar nuevos clientes y expandir la base de clientes de la empresa.
El Sales Development Representative (Outbound) se enfocará en generar oportunidades de negocio y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas establecidos mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos, y otros canales de comunicación directa.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Prospección de Clientes
- Avanzar prospecto en Ciclo de Ventas
- Seguimiento y Desarrollo de Clientes Potenciales
- Cumplimiento de Objetivos
**Requerimientos**:
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Comercio, o áreas afines
- +3 años preferentemente en **ventas outbound**, desarrollo comercial o áreas comerciales
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas **CRM**(Salesforce, Hubspot u otros)
- Conocimiento de técnicas de **prospección y negociación**:
- Habilidad para trabajar con **KPIs y cumplir metas**:
- Deseable experiência con Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Excelentes **habilidades de comunicación** verbal y escrita
- Orientación al cliente y habilidades para construir vínculos comerciales rápidos
- Capacidad para **manejar objeciones**y persistencia en la negociación
**Beneficios**
- **Horario**: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm. Sábado 1 vez al mes de 10:00 am a 1:00 pm
- **Modalidad**: Tiempo Completo, Presencial, 100% nominal
- **Sueldo**:$20,000 a $23,000 MXN netos mensuales
- **Comisiones**:
