As an **ERP Business Analyst **, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continued operation of our **Manufacturing and Logistics processes **by managing system solutions in our Oracle ERP system. This opportunity following Emerson location : Monterrey, Mexico

**AS AN ERP BUSINESS ANALYST YOU WILL**:

- Provide root cause identification and correction in Oracle ERP for the following functional modules: INV-Inventory, PO-Purchasing, BOM-Bill of Material, and WIP-Work in Process
- Document solutions to common system failures.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- 5+ years of ERP experience with: Oracle (preferred), SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, or another ERP system
- 1 year or more of experience working with Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes

Demonstrated capability of writing basic ad hoc SQL queries against database tables

**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a closely related field
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience working with any of the following Oracle Modules:

- Work in Process (WIP)
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
- Engineering (ENG)
- Cost Management (CST)
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) **B2+**
