Oracle Business Analyst

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As an ERP Business Analyst reporting to the Oracle Support Manager based in Chicago, IL, USA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continued operation of our Order Management processes by managing system solutions in our Oracle ERP system. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Investigate and resolve root causes in Oracle ERP, specifically in the Order Management (OM) and Advanced Pricing (AP) modules.
- Document effective solutions for common system failures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements for system improvements and optimizations.
- Conduct regular system audits for data integrity and compliance

**Who You Are**:
You are a quick learner, adept at asking the right questions to accurately analyze situations. Your calm and productive approach shines, even in unclear situations, maintaining a positive demeanor despite adversity. You relate comfortably to individuals across levels, functions, cultures, and geographies.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- 5+ years ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- 1+ year working with Order Management processes
- Ability to write basic ad hoc SQL queries against database tables
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) B2+.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and relevant modules (OM and AP)
