Monitoring and security supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Supervise, train, and guide the security monitoring team to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Create and manage work schedules to maintain 24/7 monitoring coverage and support as needed.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and adherence to security protocols.
- **Security Monitoring Operations**:

- Oversee the continuous monitoring of surveillance systems, alarms, access control systems, and security tools to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure the timely and appropriate response to incidents, breaches, and emergencies in accordance with company protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all security incidents and events for compliance and reporting purposes.
- **Incident Management and Reporting**:

- Lead real-time investigations of security incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses of incidents for senior management.
- Act as the initial point of escalation for the monitoring team and coordinate responses with relevant departments and authorities when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Administration, or related field is preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in security or surveillance management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with monitoring systems, access control, surveillance software, and alarm systems
