**Data/Business Analyst for a Fast Paced Growing Company**: GC Realty & Development, LLC, is an excellent property management company looking for a driven, tech savvy person to fill their open Data/Business Analyst role in their rapidly growing property management company. GC Realty is an award-winning industry leader focusing on being a hero to our clients by building wealth one happy resident at a time. GC Realty is working with over 400 housing providers, many who are out of state, to provide top notch housing for Chicagoland renters. We know quality homes and being responsive to resident needs will create satisfied families which helps our clients build a sustainable rental business. This is especially important when our clients live all around the world and cannot do what we can do on the ground here. In the first year, a successful Data/Business Analyst will be expected to handle different projects and manage and own the dashboards in Power BI. You'll be expected to continually develop and master new skills, and with the help of GC Realty, you will have opportunities to excel. This is an independent contractor position. **What You'll Do** - ** Create Business Dashboards**: - Meet with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and other metrics they need to have visibility on and draft them within Power BI. - ** Quality Control**: - Learn and understand what quality data looks like across the organization and serve as the gatekeeper of alerting the necessary parties when data quality goes off the rails. - ** Continuous Professional Development**: - Take an "always be learning" mentality. You will need to continuously upskill to help push the organization to places it hasn't been yet. - ** Review Daily Reports**: - Review existing reporting and provide insights to the leadership team on things you believe need attention. - ** Continuously exploring our data**: - Take initiative and explore GC's data and see what you find. The sky's the limit here and nobody will put a ceiling on what you can or can't do. Part of this position is seeking out opportunities without being explicitly told. **What You'll Bring** - ** Great english skills. C1-C2 english level.** - Intermediate Knowledge in SQL and Excel - Extreme personal initiative and interest in learning with a strong work ethic - Organization and planning with the ability to think analytically - Desire to focus on required outcomes with on time delivery - A love for processes and continuous optimization = Better Results - Hunger to learn new software and tech systems with the ability to be flexible and adaptive to changes **What You'll Get** - Hourly rate of $8 USD/hour. - 10 days of PTO per year - 6 holidays plus own birthday holiday - Ability to have influence and make an impact right away.
