Middle Data Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented Middle Data Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be working with raw data ingested into our enterprise Data Lake, focusing on transforming business requirements into data-driven solutions. The role demands strong communication skills and a deep understanding of data technologies, especially in the Azure ecosystem. Your contributions will help shape the way our team processes and analyzes large datasets to drive business insights and value.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop mappings and workflows for data ingestion from various sources into the Data Lake
- Support the Data Engineering team in ensuring data quality, consistency, and integration
- Perform BI analysis and work with data visualization tools to support decision-making
- Assist in the creation of data governance processes and ensure data integrity across systems
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on data requirements
- Provide ongoing support for data-related projects, ensuring the success of deliverables

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a Data Business Analyst or data-driven role
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly related to data solutions
- Working knowledge of SQL and data types
- Familiarity with data ingestion frameworks and data integration best practices
- Solid understanding of Data Governance principles and data ownership practices
- Good understanding of BI analysis and data reporting tools
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business teams
- B2+ English level or higher, with the ability to engage in discussions with international teams
