**Responsibilities**

The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
- Evaluación de Riesgos: Identificar y evaluar riesgos potenciales en el entorno laboral, incluyendo aspectos físicos y ergonómicos.
- Desarrollo de Protocolos de Seguridad: Crear y actualizar procedimientos de seguridad y salud ocupacional, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas legales y corporativas.
- Capacitación y Concientización: Organizar y dirigir programas de formación para empleados sobre prácticas seguras y uso adecuado de equipos de protección personal (EPP).
- Inspecciones y Auditorías: Realizar inspecciones periódicas de las instalaciones para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud.
- Gestión de Incidentes: Investigar accidentes y casi accidentes, implementando medidas correctivas y preventivas para evitar su recurrencia.
- Documentación y Reportes: Mantener registros detallados de inspecciones, incidentes y capacitaciones, y preparar informes para la alta dirección.

Competencias y Habilidades**:

- Conocimiento Normativo: Familiaridad con las normas y regulaciones de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, como las NOMs que son aplicables en México.
- Habilidades de Comunicación: Capacidad para comunicar de manera efectiva con todos los níveles de la organización, desde empleados hasta la alta dirección.
- Liderazgo: Capacidad para liderar equipos y proyectos, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad en toda la organización.
- Atención al Detalle: Meticulosidad en la revisión de procedimientos y en la identificación de posibles riesgos.




**What You Will Bring**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering as Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineer or related **(Cedula and Titulo required)**:

- With five to seven (5 - 7) or more years of related practical experience with former employer(s).
- Knowledge and Experience with:NOM 030, NOM 019, NOM 001 and rlated to HSE
- ** Prefered experience with Corporate buildings or Industrial field.**:

- ** Advanced english level**
