**What will you be doing?**
- Payroll Incidents.
- Commissions management
- Employee changes registration (shift, modality, job position, salary, benefits, client)
- HR Incidences Reports and PIPs.
- New Hire Onboading
- 1on1s
- Performance Cycle Review

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:

- **Proven experience in operations management** or a supervisory role, ideally in BPO industry,
- **Experience leading teams** and managing day-to-day operations
- Strong **leadership and team management** skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
- **Excellent organizational skills** to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities efficiently.
- Awareness of **operational KPIs** and the ability to monitor and improve team performance based on these metrics.
