**El puesto**:
Operations Analyst

**Sus responsabilidades**:

- Fixed Asset Maintenance: Responsibility for all F/Asset activity for all CHX Supply Sites.
- Capex Spend Analysis: Management of capex budgets across the CHX Supply sites so we can track actual vs. budget & update Capex forecasts as part of the LE process.
- Financial Analysis: Consolidate CI savings for CHX Supply sites, ensuring all sites are on-track to hit the required targets. Analyze and improve productivity metrics across Supply sites
- Procurement: Support procurement with analytical reporting to ensure cost-effective purchasing and supply chain efficiency.
- Analytical Acumen: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures & support any audit requests as required.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by the Supply Finance Partner.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a commercially focused financial role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
