**Remote Inside Sales Manager **(100% Work From Home)**

**Location**:Remote from Latin America

**Position Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: $1600 USD /month

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm EST

**Job Overview**:
They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Manager to assist in their exploding real estate business. You will be the air-traffic controller of their sales team. The Inside Sales Manager helps discern which opportunities have the most potential for revenue, prioritizes which leads to call first, and supports our Acquisition Managers with strategies to pursue the most profitable resolution. You will be a part of a small franchise community of investors that are all supporting and helping one another to become better leaders.

**Responsibilities**:
Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in their CRM pipeline

Develop business opportunity within specific geographies served by their team

Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads). No cold calling.

Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments, complete contracts and attend closings and inspections as needed.

**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:
Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills

Has previous experience working as a Sales Manager

Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken in English

Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary

Passionate about technology, training and selling

Enthusiastic with excellent people skills

Independent and self-motivated

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written English)

Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone

Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line

Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus

Must be available to work normal business hours Monday-Friday EST
