THE JOB:
Do you dream of advancing the leading edge of game design? We're looking for a senior game designer to join an ambitious design team that's combining engaging gameplay with blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
YOUR MISSION:

- Play a senior design role on a team working on a cross-platform RPG game that incorporates NFTs
- Design engaging gameplay, metagame systems, exciting content, and more
- Work closely with artists and programmers to turn your design ideas into reality
- Use playtests and metrics to make decisions and refine your work
- Champion the discipline of game design by mentoring and giving feedback
- Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects

YOUR SKILLS:

- 7+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
- Expert knowledge of game systems & metagame design fundamentals
- Understanding of NFTs and blockchain technology
- Experience with game communities and how they work with Discord, web3, and social media
- Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
