With employees from over 50 different countries, offices in major cities across the world and the headquarters in Vienna — a city that has been voted number one for quality of life on multiple occasions — It is a top destination for international go-getters who love technology and enjoy thinking outside of the box to find creative solutions**Responsibilities**- Work with art and design teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs- Contribute to the complete software life cycle, including writing clean code, robusttests, submitting code reviews, and creating clear documentation.- Create and maintain software documentation.- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.- Interpreting stakeholders’ specifications and identifying website user requirements.- Supervising junior web developers, analyzing areas of weakness, and schedulingtraining sessions accordingly.- Establishing strong professional relationships with multi discipline team membersand stakeholders.**Skill set, personality**- Must be comfortable learning and working under new design paradigms and UXpatterns to create the best products in the casino, slots, and skill gaming space- Self starter, self motivated.- Detail oriented, tenacious and meticulous.- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.- Confident in speaking to various multi-disciplined teams around the world toensure cross team collaboration for the products we work on.- Excellent technical leader and mentor for a team.- Capable of identifying risks and recommending appropriate mitigation.- Thoughtful about architectural decisions; you value simplicity and quality.**Qualifications and Education Requirements**- College degree in a software programming/engineering discipline.- Proficient in English.**Preferred Skills/Experience**- Must have at least 5 years of programming experience in addition to 2 yearsexperience leading a team of programmers and have successfullyshipped/published commercial software products, preferably games or casinogames related.- Must be proficient in popular coding languages e.g. C++, C#, JS and/or TS; gameengines like Unity and/or Unreal 4.- Comfortable working in either cascade/waterfall or Agile /SCRUM style of projectmanagement environment.- Proficiency with Git / GitHub and SSH.**Nice to have**- Proficient in Spanish.- Experience using Phaser 3.- Experience working on Casino games.**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)
