**JOB TITLE: New Product Introduction Analyst - Project Management**

**FUNCTION: Operations**

**CITY & COUNTRY: Monterrey, Mexico**

**ROLE SUMMARY**

**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**

Support and follow up on new product introduction projects for Caribbean and Colombia markets.

Support as new product introduction analyst, for Caribbean and Colombia markets.

**Reports to**:NPI Manager

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Follow up in code creation
- Follow up on Project reporting
- Data management
- Repack projects
- KPI Follow up
- Coordination of factory and internal stakeholders

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- Business or Engineering bachelor’s degree
- Ability to align and motivate teams to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in FMCGs (is a plus)
- Project Management experience
- SAP (Plus)
- Advanced Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced English level required B2+
