Come be a part of this journey****BAT MEXICO** **IS LOOKING FOR A** **NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION ANALYST****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Analyst**FUNCTION**: Operations**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Mexico**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**Support with Project Management activities and responsibilities with different markets across Latam North. Follow up with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Factory, among other areas. Updating Gantts for the projects, data management (keeping the data on our internal platforms up to date), SKUs follow up and readiness, etc.The main objective is to support the Project Manager with different activities to ensure that the projects are on track, without any delays, solving issues and changes of scope along the process, and guaranteeing we launch on time in full.**Reports to**:NPI Latam North Manager**Geographic Scope**:DRBU**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Follow up with different stakeholders projects activities status- Updating Gantts with projects activities, milestones, pending issues, etc. to track project status.- Data management using internal platform as well as SharePoint.- SKUs follow up (SAP & internal platform)**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Project Management or Administration, ideally.- Advanced English required for the job.- Ability to work with multiple teams, both, locally and remotely (different End Markets and offices in different countries).- Ability to quickly respond to a constantly changing environment, with changes of scope and urgencies.- High level of organization and administration.- Ing Industrial, IMA, o carreras similares, con Administración idealmente.**BENEFICIAL**- Experience in administration.- SAP knowledge.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
