**Who You Are**:

- **Design Systems Enthusiast**: You have a strong understanding of design systems and are skilled at creating simple and consistent designs that are usable across multiple products.
- **Data-Driven Designer**: Using data and analytics, you make design decisions that demonstrate a high level of craft and align with user needs and business objectives.
- **Craftsmanship Exemplar**:Your attention to detail is evident in your work, showcasing your sense of style, including visual and interaction design.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: You welcome feedback for your work. You invest in building solid relationships and providing feedback to other designers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with design and product leadership to refine design concepts, evolve our design language, and bring new ideas to life.
- Document design concepts.
- Collaborate with the entire design team to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Promote design insights and drive the adoption of design best practices across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to pixel perfection and holistic user experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience designing products and design systems.
- Experience working as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proven experience with pixel-perfect execution of designs.
- Up-to-date knowledge of accessibility best practices.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
