**Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities**:
**Job Function**
**Duties**
- Monthly Reporting- Comply with monthly reporting on the first week of each fiscal period that are sent to top management in order to provide business updates.
- Create and distribute the report of manufactured valves pending to be sent to customers
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to get status of projects.
- Project Assignment- Generate project numbers in Oracle and assign them to Project Leads according to Manager direction in a 24-hour window after request.
Checkpoint Revision
- Perform weekly transactions revision under the Emerson's Checkpoint standards.
Letters of Credit Issuance
- Generate Letters of Credit as requested by the Project Managers though the Global Trade site.
- Continuous Improvement- Assure that the information used for the reports and dashboards of the PM team is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Automate existing PMO tools and look for continuous improvement to meet Project Management Office needs.
- Learn and use corporate automation tools to improve the way information is managed
**Professional Degree Requirements (i.e., Engineering, Business Admin, etc.)**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering
**Experience Requirements (Years / Type of prior responsibilities or experience / Industry, etc.)**:
- Experience in administrative support role - Preferred
**Technical Knowledge Requirements**:
- Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate Knowledge - Required
- Power BI & Power Query Intermediate Knowledge - Preferred
