Especialista de infraestructura de seguridad de Palo Alto

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en sistemas (titulado
- Certificaciones deseables: CCNA, CCNP, Plataforma de seguridad (Palo Alto, Crowdstrike u otras equivalentes para Firewalls y EDR)
- Conocimientos indispensables: Conocimiento sobre soluciones y servicios de seguridad en redes.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en gestión de **plataforma de Firewall Palo Alto (INDISPENSABLE),** Consola Panorama, Falcon Crowdstrike o tecnologías equivalentes de Firewall (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco, otro) o EDR (Trend Micro, Trellix, Defender, otro)

Funciones a realizar
- Gestionar la infraestructura de seguridad del cliente (Firewalls Palo Alto, Consola Panorama, Crowdstrike, entre otras).
- Proporcionar soporte y atención tanto a las solicitudes como incidentes.
- Generar reportes técnicos de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente.
- Gestionar el mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de la infraestructura asignada.
