Execution of Global Enterprise processes, requires support activities related with IBM Mainframe for Operating system (zOS) installations, administration, monitoring. This may include other tools like use of Omegamon tool. Analyze and fix issues on either test or production environments working along with other technical teams like: Performance and operating system zOS and products related with Operating System, including online services and users. **Key Responsibilities**: - Implementation of Global zOS recommended tools (CICS/CICSPLEX/VSAM/zOS/DEBUGING/REXX/COBOL) - Execution of Global zOS rollouts (new versions, patches) - Support mission critical operations for high performance, high availability, and reliability - Global 24*7 Mainframe IBM on-call support **Knowledge/Experience**: - Operating System (zOS) knowledge on any on the following platforms: Mainframe and/or Distributed - In addition, any experience as a team member supporting one or more of the following: - zOS, DB2, CICS, Storage utilities to administration online environments(i.e Omegamon tool monitor). - Debuging/traces/dumps/etc - Technical knowledge on mainly IBM Mainframe platform. **Skills**: - We request an excellent English speaker and listener to closely work with local and US teams, in addition to expertize on operating system (zOS) configuration, install and maintenance operating system (zOS) and products related on IBM environment zOS. - Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment. - Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and a fluctuating and potentially voluminous operational workload. - Understands specific business processes and operational practices **Qualifications**: - B.S./B.A. degree level on Computer Science or IT or similar is desirable, experience is more relevant. - 3 years of experience on Financial industry is recommended - Mainframe zOS, DB2, CICS, Storage - Knowledge on technical support areas including: IBM mainframe zOS, DB2, CICS, Storage - Intermediate english level needed. - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Systems & Engineering - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
