Execution of Global Enterprise processes, requires support activities related with IBM Mainframe software installations, administration, monitoring. This may include other tools like DB2, QMF (Query Management Facilty and use of Omegamon monitoring tool.Analyze and fix issues on either test or production environments working along with other technical teams like: Performance and operating system zOS and products related with database DB2, including online services and users.**Key Responsibilities**:- Implementation of Global Database DB2 recommended tools (database DB2/SYSPLEX environment /VSAM/zOS/DEBUGING/REXX/COBOL)- Execution of Global Database DB2 rollouts (new versions, patches)- Support mission critical operations for high performance, high availability, and reliability- Global 24*7 Mainframe IBM on-call support**Knowledge/Experience**:- Database and IBM Ondemand (Output content Management) knowledge on any on the following platforms: Mainframe- In addition, any experience as a team member supporting one or more of the following:- zOS, Database DB2 utilities or BMC DB2 tools for online environments (i.e Omegamon for Mainframe tool).- Debuging/traces/dumps/etc- Technical knowledge on mainly IBM Mainframe platform.**Qualifications**:- B.S./B.A. degree level on Computer Science or IT or similar is desirable, experience is more relevant.- 3 years of experience on Financial industry is recommended- Mainframe database DB2 installation & configuration- Knowledge on technical support areas including: IBM mainframe Database DB2 and Ondemand (Output Content Management)- Intermediate english level needed- SQL (Structured Query Language) knowledge is a must for this position.- **Job Family Group**:Technology- **Job Family**:Systems & Engineering- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
